My glitter has seperated/settled. Why is this? - Like traditional snow globes we had as children, the glitter/snow would settle after shaking it. So just like a tradional snowglobe just give them a shake and watch the glitter sparkle again.

Do I shake a lava/drip or waterfall cup? - No, please do not shake lava/drip or waterfall cups. To activate them just tip the cup upside and back the right way.

Can I wash my embellished lid? - Yes you can, wipe them gently with a soft damp cloth. Do not soak in water.

Can I place my cup in the dishwasher? - No. Please only hand wash your cup with a soft cloth and washing up liquid. Make sure you fully dry your cup.
